PARKING: Where can I park?
A small private car park, reserved for guests of the rooms at Maison du Barry, is located just outside the house, next to the restaurant La Roue. The nearby Place du Communal also offers plenty of parking.
NO TELEVISION / NO WIFI: Is it correct that there is no television or wifi connection?
We would like to confirm that, by choice, none of the rooms at the Maison du Barry are equipped with a television or internet connection.
If necessary, you'll need to connect using your own phone.
Only the restaurant La Roue, which is in another building, has a wifi connection. This connection does not reach the Maison du Barry building.
ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Can we arrive before 5pm / leave after 9am?
It is sometimes possible to arrive before 5pm and leave after 9am.
However, this possibility needs to be confirmed with the team beforehand.
BREAKFAST: Do you offer breakfast?
Breakfast is available (€10). Ask for it when you book, or on arrival.
COMMODITES: Are shops and hiking trails nearby?
The Maison du Barry is right in the centre of the village of Cabrerets!
Shops : épicerie at 70m and bakery 250m away.
Hiking You leave directly from the centre of Cabrerets for the various walks (Pech Merle cave, Chemin du Bout du Lieu and Cuzoul de Rémi, Sentier Découverte, Cuzoul de Monclar, Dolmen du Mas d'Arjac...).
CHILDREN: Do you have a cot available?
La Maison du Barry also welcomes the very young. We have a cot available, as well as a co-sleeping cot for infants.
Please be sure to specify your requirements when booking, so that we can confirm the availability of the equipment.
PETS: Can you bring your dog?
Your dog is welcome in your guest room at La Maison du Barry. Please let us know when you book. A supplement of 4€ will be applied.
VELO / MOTO : Where can I put my bike?
If you come by bike or motorbike, you can store it in the open shelter behind the Maison du Barry. This is not an enclosed area.
COOKING: Can you cook for yourself?
A shared kitchen is available on the ground floor of the Maison du Barry.
It is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a large American fridge. Crockery and cutlery are also available. The large tables can seat up to 21 people.
Please wash your dishes and any household equipment you use.
LINEN: Can you wash and dry your clothes?
If you have booked the whole of the Maison du Barry, you will have access to our washing machine and tumble dryer.
Alternatively, machines are available 50m away, next to the village grocery shop.
LUGGAGE: Can I have my luggage collected?
La Malle Postale passes at the Maison du Barry. You can arrange to have your luggage collected.
CANCELLATION: Can I cancel my booking?
Your reservation can be cancelled up to 7 days before your arrival.
